Our 45-minute TRX classes are an ideal complement to the cardio work you get in our cycling classes! This powerful workout uses your own bodyweight as resistance to challenge every muscle. By adjusting your body position, you can add or decrease resistance, so you’re always in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise!
