This class begins with a 40-minute ride that works the lower body with hills and speed drills but also adds different variations of pushups, jumps, core work, and upper bodywork all synced to the beat of the music! Then continue to trim your waistline and improve your flexibility with 20 minutes of Pilates style abdominal work and stretches done on the mat!

Find your inner warrior! This class is done off the bike and consists of high intensity cardio intervals, TRX drills, weights, bands, and Pilates training. The class is always different, but you’re always guaranteed 45 minutes of hard work and sweat!

This class is a complete workout that will take you through cardio warm-ups, interval arm strength training, isometric holds and deep muscle work for the lower body at the ballet barre, and Pilates inspired abdominal work on the mat. This combination of exercises will result in beautifully toned body! All levels welcome!

Our 45-minute TRX classes are an ideal complement to the cardio work you get in our cycling classes! This powerful workout uses your own bodyweight as resistance to challenge every muscle. By adjusting your body position, you can add or decrease resistance, so you’re always in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise!
